The Nadhee Indicator, developed by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), is an innovative tool designed to assess and enhance the maturity level of data management within government entities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The indicator focuses on promoting compliance with national data management regulations, improving data quality, and strengthening the capabilities of government entities in managing their data effectively. It is based on digital and technical assessments that support digital transformation and contribute to the achievement of Saudi Vision 2030 objectives. The indicator also includes measurement tools and detailed reports aimed at driving institutional performance and continuous improvement.

“Nadhee” is one of SDAIA’s key initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency of government entities by measuring the maturity of data management practices and assessing compliance with national standards. This initiative contributes to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and transforming the Kingdom into a leading digital nation. 

Amid the rapid global digital transformation, nations are increasingly working to strengthen their data management capabilities, recognizing data as one of the most critical strategic assets. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), seeks to solidify its leadership in this field by launching the National Data Indicator “Nadhee”, a key step toward advancing the Kingdom’s position as a pioneer in data-driven excellence.
