As part of Tahawul Company’s efforts to promote and foster a culture of corporate innovation in work environments, the company organized an interactive workshop at the Ministry of Investment entitled:
Corporate Innovation is Everyone’s Responsibility From Individual Ideas to Collective Transformation
This took place on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The workshop was presented by Eng. Mohammed Al-Bouzeid, a Research and Innovation Consultant, author of three books on corporate innovation, and an expert with extensive experience in developing creative thinking models.
Workshop Topics:
The workshop focused on the importance of making innovation a **collective daily practice** involving all employees. It also discussed ways to **empower individuals** and **integrate innovation into the organizational work culture**.
It also highlighted the **shift of innovation** from being an **individual initiative** to becoming a **shared responsibility** that contributes to **driving transformation and change within organizations**.
